About Us

A foundation working where wellbeing begins.

Karnataka-based. Mission-driven. Operating across four interconnected pillars — Education, Health, Women Empowerment, and Clean Water — in partnership with institutions, communities, and government.

Tejomarg Foundation exists to strengthen the conditions for human flourishing in the communities of Karnataka — through programmes in education, health, women empowerment, and clean water that leave each community measurably better than we found it.

The Foundation works at four interconnected fronts. Education shapes the next generation's choices. Health protects the body that has to make them. Women's empowerment turns potential into independence. Clean water underwrites all three. Progress in any one is constrained by gaps in the others; we work where they overlap, not in isolation.

Every programme is governed by a written agreement — typically an MoU — with a defined scope of work, milestone reviews, and a co-signed closure report. We favour models that convert short-term programmes into long-term opportunity, that work alongside government schemes rather than around them, and that report transparently back to the communities we serve.

Our flagship work today is in Education, where the Foundation has formalised an MoU with KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi, and operates programmes co-delivered with Penlio Edufab Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, alongside the Belagavi District Commissioner's office and DDPI. Our Health, Women Empowerment, and Clean Water pillars are entering their formation stage in 2026, with first programmes launching through new community-level partnerships.

How We Work

Five defining characteristics.

02

Co-delivery with specialist partners

We do not run programmes alone. Education work is co-delivered with Penlio Edufab Pvt Ltd; health and water work is being designed with clinical and engineering partners. We bring governance and resources; they bring domain expertise.

03

Structured governance through MoUs

Every engagement is formalised through an MoU with clear scope, defined responsibilities, milestone reviews, and a joint outcomes report. Nothing operates on a handshake.

04

We work with government schemes, not around them

Our water work is being designed alongside the Jal Jeevan Mission. Our women's work intends to extend Stree Shakti structures. Our school work is run with DDPI Belagavi. Public infrastructure does not need replacement — it needs reinforcement.

05

Transparent reporting to communities

Programme outcomes, beneficiary numbers, financial allocation, and water-quality / health screening data are published back to the partner institution, the community, and (where relevant) the district administration. Always.

Leadership

The people behind the Foundation.

Tejomarg is governed by a small group of trustees with backgrounds in education, technology, and public service — committed to the same standards of accountability they apply to every engagement.

Our Network

Partners across academia, industry, and government.

Every name represents an active engagement, a co-delivered programme, or a formal agreement. Today, most of our partnerships sit under the Education pillar — the Health, Women Empowerment, and Clean Water networks will grow as those pillars launch through 2026–27.
